leak log in the bug url.

STR:
1. open the library
2. click on the toolbar folder in the left pane
3. drag all items from the right pane, drop onto bookmarks menu folder in the left pane
4. close the browser
5. re-open the browser
6. open the library
7. click on the menu folder in the left pane
8. drag the 3 items from the toolbar, drop onto the toolbar folder in the left pane
9. close the library

i closed the browser, saw this leak log. repeated multiple times.

NOTE: step 4 doesn't show a leak log! so maybe it's important that it was a partial selection of available items in step 8.
