Details

A team member is currently working on the Basque l10n of Fennec, and for the time we are finished we would like to be added in the all-locales file in mobile-browser, in order to have Fennec in the dashboard and nightly builds.

I'll follow up when we do our first push.

Maybe some files are outdated but I think this is good for a start.
