When the app is minimized, incoming messages that are filtered into a mailbox that
is not focused will raise the app and focus it. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup filter to move incoming messages to a mailbox
2. focus a mailbox that IS NOT the target of the created filter
3. minimize app
4. send mail that will trigger the filter
Actual Results:  
App is raised and focused upon mailcheck and filter action.

Expected Results:  
Should stay minimized.
Could try to disable eudora extension to see if is related to her?
