520289 - Certificate displaying incorrect # of completed hours

Steps to reproduce:

1) Go to:  http://mozillaservice.org/promote/certificate/en_US
2) Try to update your completed hours by clicking on "Incorrect? Update Your Hours Completed" ---> http://mozillaservice.org/tell_us/your_pledge/en_US
3) Update the completed hours field, click submit
4) http://mozillaservice.org/index.php/tell_us/thank_you  Does not reflect new hours.

Does this mean we're not getting a correct count of completed hours or is this being stored in the database?

This could be real bad :(
