522125 - List all tabs dropdown is empty with Lightning installed

[Current SM2 nightly, multiple MailNews tabs open]

When Lightning is installed the List all tabs dropdown at the right end of the MailNews tab bar is empty. Without Lightning the dropdown shows one row per open tab.

Without Lightning installed the JavaScript Debugger (using Stop and F12 while hovering/clicking the List all tabs button) eventually enters tabmail.xml line 1441 which is the tabmail-alltabs-popup binding's popupshowing handler (Call Stack shows only this line, name = onxblpopupshowing). With Lightning that line is not reached, instead it goes directly to the popup binding's popupshowing handler (global popup.xml line 181) which, if without Lightning, is called after the binding in tabmail.xml. Something seems to be messing with popupshowing calling/registration...

I don't see the problem with either:

or

I see it definitely with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5pre) Gecko/20091013 Lightning/1.0pre SeaMonkey/2.0pre ID:20091013002653

the Lightning build is also from 20091013

The only difference I see is I have Vista you have WinXP.
