Using "vcs clone" with SVN results in "svn: Unrecognized URL scheme for 'ssh://example.com/path/to/repository'" when using ssh:// or sftp://.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type "vcs clone" in command line interface.
2. Enter ssh or sftp protocol URL with Subversion VCS type.
3. Click "Ok".
(this was done with authentication required for reading and writing)
Actual Results:  
Received error message "svn: Unrecognized URL scheme for 'ssh://example.com/path/to/repository'"

Expected Results:  
Proper checkout (clone) of SVN repository.

ACETRANSITION

The Skywriter project has merged with Ajax.org's Ace project (the full server part of which is their Cloud9 IDE project). Background on the change is here:
