When downloading any file, the download manager don't focus its window: 

it pops up the download manager window but the focus is given to the firefox main interface. 

Thus without first clicking on the download manager's window, 

it's firefox that get keyboard events. 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.choose any file to download
2.the download manager pops up its window and gives the focus to firefox main interface
3.push Apple + D as if you would like to set the path to the desktop: it's doesn't work

Actual Results:  
the bookmark window pops up in the background of the download manager's window as it's firefox that gets the focus.

Expected Results:  
the download manager get the focus when it pops up its window, then it gets keyboard events and so sets the path to the desktop

the download manager's window should get the focus and its window put in the foreground
