http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/ (linked to from about:rights and various other places in other apps) claims that binaries are licensed under various EULAs, despite about:license in recent app versions saying app binaries are released under the MPL.
Fixed (give the website an hour to sync; I don't know what the delay is these days).
