The Student Signatures deadline is now closed and the following changes should be made to the site:

1. Remove the "Enter the Competition Now" button 

2. Place the following copy to the right of the Student Signatures Series paintbrush: "This Competition has Ended. Stay Tuned for the Next!"

The competition submission date has expired, so we need this to be updated as soon as possible.  Thanks!
Ryan, marking this for 1.9 with the assumption that this is a simple fix. If it's not, let me know and we'll re-prioritize against other bugs.

Added text, removed links from homepage and How it works page. Also removed ability to submit to SSC by changing upload url to contain 'ssc'.

Should show up on stage in ~10 mins.
