524312 - FireFox does not auto complete Username & Password until you refresh the page

I have found on several different message boards that FF doesn't auto populate user name and password like it use to sometime ago.  I have verified that username and password is saved under the Save Passwords under the security tab of Options.  This does not happen in other web browsers.  Deleting the cache does not fix it.  Yes, signon.autofillForms set to true.  Yes, the url is static.  The only way to actually get the user name and password to auto populate is to refresh the website.  Once I do, it will auto populate.  

This is a repeatable problem with or without add-ons.  Your help in fixing this would be appreciated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.rage3d.com/board/
2. User name and password boxes are empty
3. Refresh the website
4. User name and password auto populates 
Actual Results:  
The username and password saved by FF populates the username and password boxes on the website.  http://www.rage3d.com/board/ is just one example there are many other forums that do this as well.  

Expected Results:  
FF should have populated the username and password of the forum I visit.  It use to do this with no problem.  

Please fix this problem.  It's been an issue for sometime now.

I want to also add that I have to actually place the mouse cursor inside the username box of the website then refresh the webpage and the username and password will auto populate.

The password manager doesn't change prefilled Forms and this one is prefiled.
Typing in the username field and the correct username and password is offered.
Works like designed for me.

moving to the password manager component, I can not see an security issue here

Password manager works if you type a password to the prefilled user name. I would also say, nothing wrong here.

That it works after a reload is easy explained.
If you put the foxus in the Form, the prefiled value is cleared by JS and reloading doesn't change existing forms and on the reload the form is empty and the username is filed into the form.
