Details

Instead of requiring people to create a cryptic registry key under Windows during the installation of Bugzilla, we should just create it ourselves. This would also eliminate people's confusion for situations when they have multiple versions of Perl installed and aren't sure which one is running checksetup and which one is the registry key.
