There are a few important things in the dashboard apps that have no links to them. Basic navigation between apps is one of them, but also the features like getting to shipped-locales and l10n-changesets is rather opaque, i.e., you have to remember the urls.
I'm thinking about starting a homepage app. Just some basic layout with links to some highlights in the various apps. I'd do it by adding a special method to each app to create a <div> and then arrange those.
I have done this, and a crappy paint job, too. We should get bugs on file that are more specific.
