As much as I don't want to deal with CVS, bz shouldn't have to checkin my patches to 1.9.0.

Summary: create CVS account for tnikkel@gmail.com → CVS Account Request - Timothy Nikkel <tnikkel@gmail.com>
To start the process you need to fill out the Committer's Agreement - http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/committers-agreement.pdf and attach an SSH key to the bug. Make sure to reference the bug number on the form when you send it to Erica.

https://wiki.mozilla.org/Commit_Policy:Current_Procedures#CVS_.28cvs.mozilla.org.29 outlines the vouchers, etc needed for access.
I've already done the committer's agreement, ssh key, vouchers, etc to get hg access in bug 514995. What do I need to do just to add the ability to commit to the 1.9.0 branch CVS?
tn already has Hg access, as per bug 514995. As such, just carry this over.
Over to server-ops for access to CVS.

Don't forget to set your CVS_RSH environment variable to 'ssh'.

If you have any problems connecting, let me know.

Despot access granted as well.
