Every download itens can't be removed. They stand forever.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file
2. Download goes to download list
3. Download finish but stand in download list
Actual Results:  
I can't remove itens, including finished files.

Expected Results:  
I want to remove download itens
Where do you want to remove them from? From the download manager (in which case this should go to that component), or from the folder to which they were downloaded to?
I want to remove them from download manager.
Clicking clear list does not work? If so, please start Firefox in safe mode, and try to remove them there. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
