- launch mozilla (9/14/00-5pmish) modern skin
- load "open web location"
- click down on disabled "open" button

expected:
- nothing happens, text field still focussed

actual:
- text field loses focus

this should not happen. this happens everywhere, not just this dialog

Modern widgets are intended to be focusable on all platforms similar to Windows 
widgets.  So these buttons should get focus but they need to show focus, similar 
to how Windows widgets work.  Sending to Joe

Fix in hand.  Will land tomorrow in conjunction with the new look for focused 
widgets in modern.
