We need to do an svn switch on prod to pull from a branch instead of from trunk so we can exclude fixes that are on trunk but not ready to go live with everything else.

Stas can provide some instructions.

i was going to write the instructions, but I guess it worked just fine, i.e. the Config.php as preserved.

Reopening just to address one last thing: please run ./locale/compile-po.sh in order to update the *.mo files according to what's on the branch.
