528506 - In the SeaMonkey Default Theme Account Central pane, the icon in the "create new calendar" row is misaligned.

STR:
1. Make sure the Default theme is active in SeaMonkey 2.0.
2. Open the MailNews window so that the Account Central pane is visible.
3. Notice that in the row to create a new calendar the icon is misaligned due to the slightly different UI compared to the Thunderbird Account Central.
