Isn't this what Websites :: jetpacks.mozillalabs.com is for? Looks like jetpacks.mozillalabs.com doesn't really exist, but we can easily rename that to jetpackgallery.mozillalabs.com.

Yes that will work, but I wonder how many community members are going to go the Labs > Jetpack route for bugs that way because Website is pretty abstract...

Community will likely figure it out and will probably look at 'websites' first.  So a jetpackgallery product in bugzilla under websites is fine.
