User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2b3) Gecko/20091115 Firefox/3.6b3
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2b3) Gecko/20091115 Firefox/3.6b3

I use a custom button to toggle cookies - by default I do not accept cookies from any sites (unless excepted). In Beta1&2 I experienced no problems. In Beta3, if I go to a site that requires cookies (http://annies-eats.com/2008/09/26/apple-pie-cupcakes/) and I have cookies disabled the browser goes into a perpetual loop. If I enable cookies while it is looping, it continues as normal.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.disable cookies (and not have in exceptions list)
2.navigate to http://annies-eats.com/2008/09/26/apple-pie-cupcakes/
3.watch the page continually refresh
Actual Results:
enableing cookies fixes problem
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2b4pre) Gecko/20091119 Namoroka/3.6b4pre

Sounds familiar to me, but for some reason I can't reproduce it on this site.
