Keyboard locks up when I try to move bookmarks. It does not happen all the time.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open bookmarks
2.open organize
3.highlight a bookmark
4.move up with touchpad
Actual Results:  
lock-up of keyboard and touchpad buttons, but not arrow

Expected Results:  
relocate bookmark
