From bug 523920: We have localize.mozilla.org as a new address for Verbatim, yet we don't have it accessible from behind VPN.
Confirming this.  When logged into Mozilla-MPT, I cannot access https://localize.mozilla.org
domain was added to the wrong file (mozilla.org-mpt vs. mozilla.org-common). Fixed and committed changes.
