For some reason, the paragraph spaces between text are being ignored and all 
paragraphs are being smooshed together. They are simple <p> tags within a table.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load page

Actual Results:  Same problem			

Expected Results:  Buffered paragraphs with spaces
confirmed with 091908 mozilla win32 build.  over to html element.
