It's impossible to save moz-icon files

Details

If I try to save moz-icon files to my desktop and then open them, they result corrupted.

Step to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a moz-icon file, such as moz-icon://file:///C:/Users/Gabri/Downloads/?size=32
2. Right click on it and then click on "save as..."
3. Select the path where to save the icon file
4. Open the saved file

It'll result corrupted!
