53135 - Page stops refreshing after link to another frame is followed

This is the setup:

On my sidebar I've added a panel that refreshes once every minute. It contains a
link to the main content window.
When the link is clicked, sidebar stops refreshing.

Tested with linux/2000-09-18-08

Build, as I said, is Linux/2000-09-18-08, now updated to 2000-09-18-21.

The sidebar panel is one I've created.
