The Send button flashes back and forth from what appears to be highlighted to non-highlighted when the mouse is moved around as the mail is being sent.  There should be no background action at all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compose message and press Send.
2.Move mouse during the send process.
3.
Actual Results:  
Button blinks.

Expected Results:  
No action.

Correct.  I just tried a sample message send and, except for highlighting the mouse-over on buttons on the message window and on the background program window, there was no background action anywhere on the screen regardless of where I moved the mouse cursor.  The only reactions were all normal.  So it appears to look good in 3.0.
