When composing a message: after collapsing the addressing toolbar
andun-collapsing it, all information is lost; including the subject.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose new message
2. Collapse addressing tool bar
3. Un-collapse addressing tool bar

Actual Results:  All of my addressing and subject information was lost

Expected Results:  It should have been retained
WORKSFORME in 20001020 Win95.
