0.9.9 has an official release:

Let's install this on preview, run our tests, and if all is well have production use this.

There's only a few minor bugs between rc2 and this, so little should be impacted.

Let us know what the timing of this can be.  It's not urgent by any means, but it'd be nice to use actual releases.

Slotted packages with debug symbols built, tying this bug to 535839 as it's not much help with fixing the segfaults if we're not testing the current Sphinx release.

It was unhappy with the previously working empty value for MYSQL_LISTEN_HOST. Sphinx 0.9.9 is now deployed for preview.
