After watching BBC iplayer for a few minutes, the video became "stuck" on a single frame whilst the audio continued. Audio then continues indefinitely. Switching out of and back into full screen mode fixes the problem - but only for a few more minutes.

- This only happens with full-screen iplayer.
- This only happens having upgraded to 3.6b4. 3.5 worked fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit URL above
2. Press play.
3. Click full-screen icon.
4. Watch for a few minutes
Actual Results:
Video freezes, but audio continues.

Expected Results:
Both video and audio continue.

Shockwave Flash

    File: NPSWF32.dll
    Version: 10.0.32.18
    Shockwave Flash 10.0 r32

This isn't a network congestion / buffering issue. (When the buffer runs dry, everything pauses for a few seconds and the video is overlayed with an icon indicating that more data is being downloaded.)
Following a reboot, all seems fine. Resolving as WorksForMe.
