STR:
1. Type "balloon" into the location bar
2. Click the SEARCH button on the right
3. Search Sidebar should open with results, notice the NEXT button state
4. Click SEARCH button in the search sidebar
5. Search Sidebar should refresh, notice the NEXT button state

RESULT:
NEXT button is disabled until clicking the SEARCH button in the sidebar

EXPECTED:
NEXT button should always be enabled when there are more results to display.
