3rd folder in bookmark menu renamed when folders in toolbar get too numerous

this was happening in previous versions as well.  at some unknown point, I apparently create one too many folders along my bookmark toolbar, and the suddenly the 3rd folder (always the third) in my bookmark menu is renamed with the same name as that toolbar folder
I do have Foxmarks installed, and perhaps that's the problem, I don't know.
it is likely possible that foxmarks is creating the issue, another possibility is that the database is corrupt.
if you're using a 3.6 beta or 3.7 nightly you can try to Eval this code in the error console, and posting the obtained log here:
