535631 - Please add/edit link to Personas video for 3.6 First Run page

For the en-Us version of this page, we are currently pointing to the Getting Started Page of Getpersonas.com with the text "What are Personas?".  We'd like to change this line to say "Watch the video" and point to the GetPersonas.com homepage which will host the video.  For testing purposes, we'd also like to try calling a lightbox to show the video instead to see how that impacts click-thrus and overall engagement.  

The video is formatted in ogg, and is currently stored here:

Tara, this link has been added in r58467. As for the lightbox variation, who should I consult in order to figure out how to best implement that test? should it be a separate page, or a URL variable on this page?

Hey Steven.  That would be the metrics team.  I'm speaking with Blake (also cc-ed here) to follow up on our testing and performance tracking for the Personas video.  I'll follow up with any relevant updates, but it might be best for you two to speak directly about that.

Thanks Blake. You can ping me later to work on the lightbox if need be (there's code we can copy use from elsewhere on the site. For now, I think we're set for this bug.

Tara, I did have one suggestion while working on this. I wondered if it might be a bit more informative to keep the "What are Personas?" text in addition to the the "Watch the video." link - something like this:

What are Personas? _Watch the video._

I can implement this (or something like it) if you think it will help. If you'd rather keep it as is, that's great too.
