In the new admin tools, we should steal the Developer Hub nav bar and break the tools into categories to find them more easily, as shown in the mockup.

Other than that, the tool functionality will mostly stay the same with the exception of the changes below. New tools may be needed for the new site (I don't know how everything will work) and those can be added appropriately.

* When adding an application version, there should be an option as to whether to publish a newsfeed story about the new version. It should default to off (it currently defaults to on)

* We can remove "supported" application flag

* We can remove the Platform manager

* Please rename the tools as listed in the mockup

I was hoping to give a more detailed plan but I have a few other things that came up and won't be able to do so until after the holidays. I think this is an area that doesn't need much help from me to figure out what to do, though.

The sooner we get this the sooner we can organize the menus.  This mockup is pretty old and there are a lot more knobs to turn these days.  Current list going, minus all the scaffolding tools: https://addons.mozilla.org/z/en-US/admin/index.html
