When entering some websites, eg., edmonton journal news story, with options set to 'ask me before accepting each cookie,' a cascading series of dialog boxes fills the screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set 'ask me before accepting each cookie' to on
2. go to www.edmontonjournal.ca, click a story link
3.
Actual Results:  
cascading pile of dialog boxes to obscure screen

Expected Results:  
dialog boxes should come & go one at a time after acting on them.
