Currently there are custom build scripts for compiling the various versions of the shell (release, release-debugger, debug, wordcode interp, etc.). All of these scripts end up just calling an lower level generic script and passing in a couple of args to tell the x-platform what to compile. If were ditched all of the wrapper scripts and put the information (x-platform script args) into the master.cfg then we could parse the config file to see what the build system is building and with what options.

This is similar to bug# 527015 which did the same thing except for how the acceptance suite is run.
Flags: flashplayer-triage+
Remove custom build scripts and use the compile-generic.sh script.

This patch also relies on bug# 463428 to fix x-platform building on windows64
