I'm not sure whether I don't have an account or whether the wrong ssh is set up for it, or what - but I can't ssh to build-vpn. I can't connect with Viscosity either but I'm not sure that's related.

Marking critical because my day-to-day depends on access to the machines behind build-vpn.

Seems like an issue on your side, I'm able to connect fine with Viscosity (and get denied since I'm not on Build)

Looking into what that means.
Probably mismatched keys in the config. Can you check the configs for mpt/build and kill the differences?
For the record, don't think anyone but IT is allowed to ssh into this box.
Summary: i can't ssh to build-vpn.mozilla.com → I can't connect via VPN to build-vpn.mozilla.com

If there was a RESO PEBKAC, I'd be happy to do that ;) Just kidding. Helped Ben out with some config issues, seems to be working fine now.

True, but the box isn't setup to accept ssh over LDAP stuff..so I don't think that ever worked in the first place.
