2) apply whatever changes are necessary to make this work on the new minis

Can we rename these slightly, please? OPSI uses the 15 char NETBIOS name, so these are slightly long for that

Updated:

- changed to cltbld user
- changed to cltbld password for vnc
- installed ssh
- installed gvim
- clear apache access/error logs on reboot

Here's what I've done:
* Removed the Apple Software Update scheduled task
* Put a http://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools checkout in c:\ (locally patched with the attachment here)
* Updated startTalos.bat with the version here (with the password) - which generates the buildbot tac file after the hostname is changed
* Added a Scheduled Task that runs at boot (before login) that ensure the OPSI host key is correct

Turns out we need a different footer for the Talos buildbot.tac files, since these slaves are still running 0.7.6!

This is pretty similar to the batch file we have on the build machines. I was going to unify the two, but it turns out that pretty much *everything* is different exist the logic in the middle. Didn't seem worth it at that point.

Not much to say about this one. The XP changes we're using right now, the Windows 7 ones are speculative. We need to manually replace the OPSI key on the Windows 7 ref image once it's installed there, so it'll match the one the server generates.

* Add support for overriding the header/footer, and get Talos using the appropriate one.
* Switch out the vista stuff for Windows 7
* Switch to 'cltbld' for Talos
* Update OPSI hostkey generator for Talos
