537928 - No daily downloads and active daily users value for January 3rd 2010

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #533993 +++

January 3rd 2010 does not show up in the addon statistics for daily downloads 
and active daily users. I verified this against three addons: Lightning, 
Provider for Google Calendar and Adblock Plus. Statistics URLs below:

If you take a closer look at the graphs, you will notice that the dot for the 
entry on January 3rd is missing there. If you look at the daily active user 
stats or the daily download stats in detail, you'll notice that the table 
below the overall dashboard stats (the one that allows you to view in the CSV 
format) does not list January 3rd at all.

Since the same happened on December 3rd 2009 as well, I'm beginning to wonder whether this is a permanent issue that creeps on every 3rd day of each month?

We've been getting intermittent failures due to an oddity with the fyf collection where the user can sometimes get a list of addon_ids that contains an empty id.  e.g. addon_ids=123,456,,789

I just applied a patch to properly handle that bad case and reran the data for the 3rd.  Please check it out after caches expire and reopen if there is still a problem.

Daniel, the ADU and daily downloads numbers are now available for 2010-01-03.

But something else is wrong now:
The number of total downloads has not been corrected. In the case of the Lightning addon (2313), which I track on a daily basis, I can see clearly that the number is still the same that it was when this bug still existed.

So the number of total downloads is still at 4,941,633 which is 7090 downloads (today's daily downloads) higher than the number of total downloads from Jan 02. 
The added 4709 downloads from Jan 03 have not been added to the total download number, which should now be at 4,946,342.

I can fix the global numbers with our next update.  Your individual numbers should be fixed tomorrow after the cron scripts run.  I think.  Reopen if that's not the case tomorrow.
