When clicking on any web page with a button to download a file, FF pops up the download dialog, appears to download the file, but does not. Clicking tools>download, the name of the file does not even appear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find any page with a download button
2. Click the download button
3. FF epic fail
Actual Results:
Download initiated but did not download the file.

Expected Results:
Downloaded the file.

The only way this version of FF downloads anything is if the right click menu "save as" is utilized.
