538111 - Html image control click event is not firing

When specify height to the table and inside table if we palce any contol like(image, anchor) the click event of the control is not working.Only some specific places of the control only working.

Ex: The below is the sample code not working in one of our website.Same thing is working fine in IE browser. 

When we click the image on anywhere it is firing the onclick event but only firing only at the below. When we remove height of the table it is firing the event.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Please execute the above code and click on image button the event is not firing.
Only firing after removing the height.

Click event is not firing every time.

Expected Results:  
Click event should be fired every time.
