Details
1. Login to Netscape 6 Mail System. (From Menu Tasks -> Mail) 2. Double click an existing INBOX mail then click reply button. 3. A replied mail window showed up. 4. Click the send button. 5. Browser disappeared. 6. Reload netscape again. 7. Sender got the replied mail. The Browser should not disappear.

Which build did you test this with? How reproduceable was it? Did you try this with regular send or just reply?

The build Id is 2000090913. It failed when I tried to send a mail in 'Message Compose' window.

I suspect that this was fixed. I had problems on linux replying earlier this month. Can you test a current build and report back if you are still seeing the problem.

It worked in Netscape 6.0 build id = 2000100317 with Sparc Solaris 2.8. and build id = 2000101301 with Intel Solaris 2.8.
