Pref for Java should be "Enable Java (Navigator only)"

Details

The current pref for enabling java (under "advanced") is Enable Java, but it's 
next to two other prefs that are for specific apps:

- Enable JavaScript for Navigator
- Enable JavaScript for Mail and News

It would be more clear if the dialog said that Java only works in Navigator 
(that's true, right? :)

Nope Java can work in any html based page , and in theory even in XUL, just like
any plugin can. So I think placing it here is proper. marking inval.
