Please add the new source userprofile to the download_sources table and to the stats dashboard with description:

From User Profiles
Add-ons downloaded from the developer's user profile

This was fixed in r61142 for bug 539568.

Checked for the following button-states(on user profile page):
- Add to firefox
- Continue to Download(EULA)
- Unreviewed
- EULA/Unreviewed
- Contribute roadblock/Unreviewed
- Download Now

Verified "userprofile" is a download source in stats dashboard for https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/statistics/addon/1865 in remora

In zamboni,the new stats dashboard is not showing all the download sources (bug 580403)
