Please give us an URL we can use to test with. I believe that those links are javascript links?

No response to comment 1, closing as incomplete. Should the information be added this can be reopened. Links that specify the Windows height, width, or hide part of the interface such as the the navigation bar are opened as separate windows. If you want these to open as tabs look into extensions such as tab mix plus or tab kit.

I just noticed this morning that when I click on links, a new window opens, instead of a new tab. I checked my Preferences setting and I have it set to open new links as new tabs so something is wrong. I checked both Firefox and Nightly and it is the same situation in both.
