If you view a certificate by clicking the view button in the security advisor
window, you cannot manipulate or close the window unless you close the advisor
window first. 		

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL
2. Click on the (closed) lock in the bottom-right corner
3. Click on the view button
4. Try to scroll the text, or to close the window.				

Actual Results:  Nothing		

Expected Results:  Scroll the text or close the window				

You cannot do anything in a mozilla window if certain dialog boxes are open.
Probably the security advisor dialog is one of them. It is stupid that windows
opened by it cannot be manipulated though.
