Can you save in eml format an email that is being refused by exchange and come back to this web page and attach it here using the add an attachment link. With that we can validate that the email that we are sending is correct.

if application/applefile is changed (application/ms-word i.e.)in the .eml manually, the mail arrives ok. Deletion of mimetypes.rdf doesn't solved the problem. Deletion of profile and creation of a new one, configuration of account, importation of contacts, copy mailbox files, etc. solves the problem.

Version 91 has all new smtp backend code. If you can still reproduce this issue, please file a new bug report https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=MailNews%20Core&component=Networking%3A%20SMTP
