if you click the `Create a Bugzilla account' link on the bugzilla helper page,
the browser crashes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
open mozilla
click `bugzilla' link on the personal toolbar
click `Report A Bug'
click `Create a Bugzilla account'

Actual Results:  mozilla crashes		

Expected Results:  mozilla should load the page. :)

loading http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bug-form.html and then loading
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/createaccount.cgi (without clicking the link) does
not crash mozilla.
