Firefox prompts to download a webpage I am on when it can't load it.

It does this when a script can't run or if I am having slow internet speeds, for example I would post a new blog and it won't run the script then prompt me to download it.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Post a comment on a website
2. Wait for page to load if the internet speed is slow or the website is just being stubbern.
3. Prompts me to download the page I am on or the page it needs to run next to post a comment etc.
Can you provide an example URL of where this is occurring?
