Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Minefield with clean profile
2. Open Tabs as follows, where (); selected tab, E:the testcase one.
   (A) B  C D E F G
3. Open all tab preview
4. Rearrange by drag and drop. Tab A move to between B & C as follows.
    B (A) C D E F G
5. Close tabs by middle click thumbnail of A, C,D, E. You should click this order.
    Then, B E F G now. 
6. A confirmation dialog will display. Do not click any buttons now.
7. Middle click thumbnail of E, E.
    Then, B E F G now. 
8. Click OK button of the confirmation dialog. You may need click OK 2 or 3 times,
    Then, B F G now. 
9. Close tabs by middle click tab of F, G.



Actual Results:  
I can not close tabs any more

Expected Results:  
I can close tabs except first one.

Set browser.allTabs.previews to true in step 1.

I think I'm pretty sure that it was caused by an addon as it went away. I think it was the Zynga Toolbar. As it uses some kind of addon kit, I guess there are other addons that cause the same problem.
This bug has had the CLOSEME tag for several weeks and the date in the tag is far gone. If the reporter can still see this issue, Please retest with Firefox 3.6.x or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). Then please remove the closeme tag in the whiteboard, mark the bug against the proper version and comment on the bug.
