When I enable Full Screen mode and then come out of full screen mode - the middle (yellow) minimize button on the browser window is grayed out.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Browser and any web page
2. Enable Full screen more from Toolbar button
3. Now disable Full Screen mode and look at the Minimize button on the top right of the Browser window
Actual Results:  
You will see that the Minimize button has been grayed out.

Expected Results:  
The Minimize button should not be grayed.
