I assume one has to create a separate account for each product?) I am using Firefox and Thunderbird on multiple operating systems and machines, including Fedora 12 on 2 machines.

Many of my problems are related to Fedora 12 and diverse hardware compatibility, often legacy.

I need to have the correct account to enter in Fedora's automatic bug reporter.

Um, not sure what you mean and if you are actually at the right place here.
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/ requires another account, so you cannot use your https://bugzilla.mozilla.org account there. Usually different Bugzilla installations do not share accounts (I do not even know if this is possible). I don't think we can help you here with this issue as this is a problem only their system administrators can solve. Maybe try the IRC channel #fedora on Freenode, see http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate#IRC for more details on this, people in that channel might be able to help you with this issue.
